    How to Terminate a Monthly Membership

    Simply pop into your nearest HOT salon and access your monthly agreement on our system via your fingerprint security log-in. Our helpful salon staff will do the rest following the guidance below…

    1. You may terminate your membership after 3 months.
    2. You must allowing 5 working days for the bank to action the termination.
    3. Please be aware that if your next direct debit date is due before the 5 working days the payment will be taken and the termination will be effective thereafter.
