We’re looking for the best people to work in our Salons throughout Glasgow & the West. This is your chance to kick start a long term career with the leading Tanning Salon Chain in Scotland. HOT! has been around since 1997 and today we have 28 state of the art Tanning salons. We serve our customers seven days a week and are products/services are also available online.

HOT! Support Managers will manage, motivate and lead retail teams to deliver outstanding customer service, increase sales, control costs, minimise loss and hit targets. They will be responsible for coaching store personnel to ensure that they have the necessary product and sales training. The Support Manager must also provide a high level of sales and marketing service, and act as brand and product ambassador to create a strong brand experience at point-of-sale. Working with HOT! KEY TASKS & DUTIES

  • Extensive customer service experience

KEY TASKS & DUTIES

  • ‪To provide an excellent level of customer service.
  • Acknowledge, welcome & assist customers, providing advice/suggestions on products.
  • To maximise both personal/ team sales & hit sales targets.
  • To look professional & welcoming.
  • To be accurate in the operation of the till systems & be accurate in cash handling and all till transactions.
  • To liase effectively with other salons and departments within the Company.
  • To ensure that the shop is free from hazards & maintained in a safe condition
  • To observe & implement Health and Safety legislation, consumer legislation and the Company’s Health & Safety policy and procedures.
  • To be accurate in stock counts.
  • To comply with the Company’s high standards relating to the care and cleanliness of the salon by good housekeeping including cleaning and vacuuming.
  • Any other duties as directed by senior management.
